Islamabad: Prior to starting any project in the Federal Capital, no-objection certificates (NOCs) and other approvals from the Capital Development Authority are required. However, the Federal and Punjab governments have not sought approvals from the authority in the construction of the Metro Bus Project in Islamabad.<\/p>\n
