Various people ask me the status of their plots and raise questions on the litigation issues in the society. Today, however, I have good news for all the allottees of LDA Avenue I. Let me raise your curiosity a bit; after reading this post, many of your confusions about the society will be removed.<\/p>\n<p>So, what is in store today?<\/p>\n<p>The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced that it has completed road infrastructure, electrification, installation of the sewerage system and water pipelines, and other development work in the clear area of LDA Avenue I. Furthermore, the authority is in the process of handing over possession for 9,197 clear plots in the society.<\/p>\n<p>The LDA has also provided the list of clear plots on its website. Please, visit the following URL to check if your plot is clear:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lda.gop.pk\/lda_avenue_i_possession_final.php\" rel=\"nofollow\">List of clear plots in LDA Avenue I<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To get possession of your plot, you need to visit the 1st floor of LDA\u2019s one-window cell located at 467-D, Main Boulevard, Khayaban-e-Firdousi, Johar Town, Lahore. The authority is completing the possession procedure within a day, all under one roof.<br \/>\nIn order to avoid litigation issues, the plot owners should get the possession of their plots as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documents required<\/strong><br \/>\nYou will need to bring with you the following to the one-window cell:<br \/>\n1) Intimation letter for possession sent to allottees by the LDA<br \/>\n2) Filled application form to get possession of plots (you can download the form <a href=\"http:\/\/lda.gop.pk\/images\/application_form_for_physical_possession_LDA_avenue_I.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow\">here<\/a>)<br \/>\n3) Processing fee, any remaining charges and increased land charges (if applicable). You need to clear these dues through bank draft or a pay order drafted in the name of Director General LDA.<br \/>\n4) Original CNIC with two copies<br \/>\n5) Original allotment letter with two copies<br \/>\n6) Transfer letter with two copies<br \/>\nSo, hurry up and get possession of your plots and start building your home in LDA Avenue I.
