If you were an allottee of Sector F-16, you must have waited anxiously for the development work to start in the locality.<\/p>\n<p>Well, your wait\u2019s over! The developer has now started development work in the locality, and in this regard an inaugural ceremony was held at a community centre in G-15 Markaz, Islamabad. State Minister for Water and Power Mr Abid Sher Ali was the chief guest of the ceremony, which was attended by the officials of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), members of Sector F-16 and real estate agents.<\/p>\n<p>According to the official website of J&amp;KCHS, the developer has entered into a joint venture with IESCO to set up a grid station in Sector F-16. J&amp;KCHS Secretary Mr Abdul Latif Qureshi said at the ceremony that development work in the locality would continue without any hurdles. He said the delays in the project were caused in part by non-payment by the defaulters, because of which other members suffered as well.<\/p>\n<p>J&amp;KCHS Chairman Mr Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas told the ceremony that he did not believe in blaming the former management of the society and expressed hope about the resolution of the problems the project\u2019s members had faced.<\/p>\n<p>The inauguration of development work in Sector F-16 is indeed promising news for the allottees.
