The increased buying tendency, coupled with more banks and brand stores heading to Phase VI, has led to the property there becoming more precious. The average value of these plots back in January 2014 was Rs 5,233,333, and by the end of the first half of the year, their value had increased by 13.46%. Unfortunately, though, the trend couldn\u2019t continue during the second half of 2014. Between June and December, the average value of these plots experienced a price drop of 4.87%. The value of these plots continued to rise throughout the year with an average per month rise of 1.36%. By the end of 2014, 10-marla plots in DHA Lahore Phase VI were 15.99% more expensive. Per Zameen.com\u2019s stats recorded in December 2014, the average rate of 10-malra residential plots there hovered around Rs 11,787,561. As recorded by Zameen.com, the average sale price of 1-kanal plots in January 2014 was Rs 14,945,859, and by the end of the year, their value had increased to Rs 16,568,073, a price gain of 10.62%.
