Located in the neighbourhood of the New Benazir Bhutto International Airport, Top City-1 Housing Scheme has attracted the attraction of property investors and prospective homeowners equally. The society is approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority, which further confirms its legal status.<\/p>\n

Now Top City-1 is set to offer 5-marla plots in H Block in the near future. The pre-launch rate of a 5-marla plot in the locality is Rs 1.8 million, which comprises Rs 450,000 in down payment and quarterly instalments of Rs 112,500 for 3 years.<\/p>\n

In order to analyse the status of the society in detail, we contacted Mr Mian Manzoor Hussain from Pak Associates. Mr Hussain told Zameen.com that development work was being carried out in the society at a reasonable pace, adding that the possession of 5-marla plots would be handed over within 3 years.<\/p>\n

He also told us that it was a good opportunity for the investors to invest in smaller units of 5 marlas in the neighbourhood of the new airport.
\nGood news for the plot-owners in Blocks A, B, C and D is that they will get possession of their plots in a few months, which means that their investment is set to offer them reasonable gains very soon.<\/p>\n

As we have witnessed in the past, the development of an airport increases the value of land in its neighbourhood. When Lahore\u2019s Allama Iqbal International Airport was developed, the price of land in its vicinity increased manifold, which leads me to believe that the development of the new Islamabad airport will prove to be favourable for all the societies in its neighbourhood, including Top City-1.<\/p>\n
