Under the new water supply paradigms, North Johar Town and South Tajpura have been transferred to Lahore Water and Sanitation Company (LWSC), a subsidiary of Water and Sanitation Agency (Wasa).<\/p>\n
According to a news source, the LWSC will be operational after recruitment of required staff. The firm, in collaboration with Wasa, would undertake four pilot project worth Rs 1.6 billion. Under the approved plan, LWSC and Wasa will install bottled water plants and water filtration plants.
