Zameen.com<\/b>: Where do you see Pakistan real estate sector by the end of this year? Which areas in particular would emerge as prime localities for investment?<\/p>\n

Raheel Ahmed<\/b>: In my opinion, by the end of year, the market would flourish further bringing further improvement and spike in value of property in DHA Lahore.<\/p>\n

Zameen.com<\/b>: If the Government manages to get rid of the Patwari system in Pakistan, what will be its impact on the local realty market?<\/p>\n

Raheel Ahmed:<\/b> The abandonment of Patwari will fix the bribery and corruption in the real estate sector.<\/p>\n

Zameen.com: <\/b>What will be the effect on budget 2013-14 on property sector?<\/p>\n

Raheel Ahmed<\/b>: The new property taxes proposed in Budget 2013-14 would not leave any serious affects on the market.<\/p>\n

Raheel Ahmed is of the view that the one of the major factors behind the current fame of DHA Lahore is that many rich and elite people from different areas of Pakistan have moved to DHA Lahore or prefer to own a house here.<\/p>\n
