Sector Z of Phase VIII, which the DHA has now renamed IVY Green, was balloted a few days ago and DHA has now announced the results on its official website.<\/p>\n<p>The balloting included residential files of 2 kanals, 1 kanal, 10 marlas and 5 marlas, and commercial plots of 8 and 4 marlas. The DHA also announced that the ballot was held for existing file-owners only and new applicants would not be offered ballot forms.<\/p>\n<p>The sector is located off Barki Road and the DHA announced that development work would be completed by the end of 2017.
