The allottees of the society are in a state of dismay, as there are no signs of development work in the society as of yet.<\/p>\n<p>On January 13, 2015, Minister of State for Water and Power Mr Abid Sher Ali inaugurated a grid station in the society, but the inauguration of the grid station turned out to be of no use for the allottees because there is no other infrastructure development in Sector F-16. But there\u2019s still hope: the property dealers concerned recently gathered and decided to meet the management of Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting in question is scheduled to be held on May 14, according to a source who requested not to be named. In this meeting, the property dealers will discuss issues regarding infrastructure development in the sector.<\/p>\n<p>The developer has already balloted the plots in the society, but as there is no development in the society, the prices of plots registered uneven fluctuations in the one year from March 2014 to March 2015.<\/p>\n<p>According to Zameen.com stats, the average sale price of 8-marla plots in the locality dropped 14.80% over the course of these 12 months.
