A print\u00a0 teaser announcing the next city (Sargodha) to greet Fazaia housing project was published in national dailies about a week ago. We have learned from our sources that a similar print teaser is just ready to evoke interest among short-term investors and those having a thing for form trading.<\/p>\n

The site chosen for Fazaia Housing Society Sargodha is on Shaheen Abad Road that runs parallel to Sillanwali Road. The hoardings reading Fazaia Housing Sargodha are being erected at the site. However, much of the information about the project that is crucial for making a sane investment has not been shared so far by the developer and consequently a lot of rumours are flying about in the market, including those about the size of the project.<\/p>\n

Per these rumours, Fazaia Housing Scheme Sargodha will span 3000 acres, while about 1000 acres of it has already been acquired. The ground breaking ceremony of the project will not take place before the developer acquires all of the required land. Meanwhile, the acquired land, according to our sources, has been registered in Fazaia\u2019s name and the acquisition of the remaining land is in process.<\/p>\n

Investors and estate agents also expect that the developer will officially launch the project in the next month but Fazaia hasn’t officially given a date. In addition to print advertisement, Fazaia will also air ads in all major TV channels for the promotion and marketing of this project.<\/p>\n

According to Kings Real Estate Chief Executive Officer Mr Hassan Basra, the price set for the registration forms in the society is PKR 25,000 and pre-booking of these forms is already taking place. According to Mr Basra, the price of these forms will be adjusted later in the price of plots. The reason for setting somewhat higher rate , compared to that in Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi, is to discourage haphazard trading of forms.<\/p>\n

Mr Basra also suggests that the buyers should verify the form numbers from Fazaia Housing Scheme\u2019s office to avoid any fraud. He also recommends investors avoid making cash payments.
