KARACHI: The development of an overpass at Malir 15 has hit another snag, as Pakistan Railways has not yet issued the no-objection certificate (NOC) to the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) to construct one of the ramps at Azeem Pura.<\/p>\n
