On our recent visit to Karachi, we visited Bahria Town Karachi and collected as much information as we could to share the facts with our beloved readers. But before starting any discussion on the locality, I would like to cordially thank Bahria Town General Manager Admin & Coordination Commander (r) Zulfiqar Ahmed Memon and Assistant Manager Marketing Ms Maryam Khurram for their kind cooperation, and also Bahria Town Karachi Marketing Executive Mr Nadeem Akhtar, who accompanied us throughout our visit and provided us on-the-ground information about the development work in Bahria Town.<\/p>\n

In this post, I will limit my focus to Quaid Villas, which are being developed by Bahria Town at a promising pace. Each Quaid Villa, located in Quaid Block, Precinct II, spans 200 square yards and is a symbol of true comfort and ultimate practicality.<\/p>\n

Mr Akhtar told us that Bahria Town was planning to hand over possession of the Quaid Villas in the first quarter of 2016. And I have no doubts about that because I witnessed the pace of development work myself, which actually made me believe that Bahria Town was all set to keep its promise.<\/p>\n

Each villa, comprising two floors, boasts three bedrooms (one on the ground floor and the other two on the 1st<\/sup> floor) with en-suite bathrooms, front lawn, car porch, two lounges (one on the ground floor and the other on the 1st<\/sup> floor), a drawing room on the ground floor, a store room, a terrace and a servant room on the 1st<\/sup> floor.<\/p>\n

We also learned that Bahria Town would hand over the units as furnished villas featuring bed and sofa sets.<\/p>\n

We visited a nearly complete villa and saw that high-quality material was used in its development. The designer kitchen cabinetry was especially stupendous. Furthermore, stunning ceramics increased the artistic aura of the villa, which was spacious, bright and equipped with all the necessary facilities.<\/p>\n
