Though the location of the society is still unknown, its membership forms are being traded very actively in the market regardless.<\/p>\n<p>The good news for the members is that Fazaia Housing Scheme has decided to give permanent value to the registration forms, which means if the members fail to make the cut in the upcoming ballot of standard and luxury apartments, their registrations will be adjusted in other projects of Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi.<\/p>\n<p>Now the registered members can either get their registration forms opened, sell them, keep them for future concerns, or even get a refund.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, it was decided that the registration forms could be traded until balloting of standard and luxury apartments, but now the forms have been given permanent value, allowing the form-holders to trade their registrations anytime they like.<\/p>\n<p>According to Mr Omer of Emerald Property, the current buying rates of standard and luxury forms are Rs 20,000 and Rs 25,000 and if you want to trade the forms, it is necessary for you to get the forms opened.<\/p>\n<p>I would also like to tell you that the value of these forms was relatively higher compared to the current rates only before Fazaia Housing Scheme started issuing open registration forms on May 18, 2015. Seemingly, the sale-purchase activity is slow these days, which is why the prices of registration forms have witnessed a drop.<\/p>\n<p>At this point in time, I would avoid speculating about the prices because the situation is pretty uncertain.
