To add insult to the injury of members, the developer has now sought additional development charges.<\/p>\n<p>A member of the society tells Zameen.com that the developer has asked the members to submit additional development charges of Rs 5,000 per square yard. Which means if you have a plot of 356 square yards in the locality, you must get ready to pay additional Rs 1,780,000.
