Located in the vicinity of the New Islamabad International Airport, Graceland Housing Scheme is one of the housing projects that have attracted investors\u2019 attention galore. Though a number of people funnelled their money into the project, a few of them failed to settle their accounts, because of which the developer has decided to take action against them.<\/p>\n

The management of the society has given a final warning to these defaulters. A \u2018Final Notice\u2019 has been issued which states that despite multiple reminders, some of the allottees have not cleared their dues yet. So, the management has warned them to settle their accounts by August 31, 2015. Otherwise, their plots will be cancelled without the provision of a further grace period.<\/p>\n

If you are concerned about the legal status of the society, rest assured the developer has obtained a no-objection certificate, Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) approval, and an Environment Impact Assessment certificate, as you can see below:<\/p>\n

An official of the society told Zameen.com that the allottees had already been given possession of their plots in the Blocks A and B, adding that further development work was underway and the allottees in Blocks C and D would be handed over possession of plots in December this year.<\/p>\n
