Fazaia is set to launch bookings for the project to sift out genuine buyers. According to an official source, the bookings will be launched in the last week of August and details of the process will be advertised in newspapers.<\/p>\n<p>We have also learnt that the developer requires interested buyers to make down payments at the time of booking. Only those who will make the down payment will be eligible for balloting.<\/p>\n<p>Please also note that should you will fail to win an apartment in the balloting, the developer will refund your money within a week, per the official source. The developer will send letters to the members (who did not apply for open registration forms) to provide them further details about the upcoming booking process.<\/p>\n<p>Fazaia has not unveiled an official balloting date yet and any information floating around in this regard should be deemed a rumour as of yet.<\/p>\n<p>In my personal opinion, Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi has taken a good initiative to sift out genuine buyers from others, who are in the game to earn short-term profits and have purchased registration slips in bulk to manipulate the market.
