Bahria Town has apparently already entered Nawabshah to provide a high-end residential community to the dwellers of the city, but the developer has not yet launched the society officially. However, according to the rumours flying about in the market, the project will be launched on August 25. Let me state it again for the record, this is a mere rumour, as the developer has not yet announced anything officially in this regard.<\/p>\n

The developer has started development work in the society and according to an unofficial source, more than 25% of the development work has been completed at the project site.<\/p>\n

According to our unofficial source, the Bahria Town administration recently had a meeting with property dealers and the launch of the society was the agenda of the meeting.<\/p>\n

I have also learnt that there is apparently no sale-purchase of properties in the society at the moment. However, the dealers are undertaking early bookings, as they might be given a confirmed quota of properties.<\/p>\n

If Bahria Town is indeed now in Nawabshah, the property market of the city will most likely witness an upward price trend in the near future and the property investors should also buckle up as another promising investment opportunity could be coming their way.<\/p>\n
