However, the management had not mentioned a booking date, which it has unveiled now.<\/p>\n<p>According to an advert, the bookings for standard and luxury apartments will start from August 31, 2015. Only registered members will be eligible to apply and the interested candidates will be required to submit the down payment at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p>An official of Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi told Zameen.com that down payment will range between Rs 250,000 and Rs 400,000 for standard apartments, and between Rs 400,000 and Rs 600,000 for luxury apartments.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi will also provide an option for fast-track possession, which will allow the interested candidates to get possession of apartments sooner by making full payment. However, no further details, in this regard, were shared by the Fazaia management with Zameen.com.<\/p>\n<p>After booking, balloting will take place and those who will fail to make the cut will be refunded their down payments within a week.<\/p>\n<p>Please do not confuse registration with booking, as these are two separate things. Only those registered members are required to apply for booking who wish to own an apartment in Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi.
