Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) management has ordered all concerned departments to make the public complaint redressal system more efficient and robust in order to address citizens\u2019 grievances effectively.<\/p>\n

According to a news source, all heads of formations and directorates have been instructed to allocate proper time to address the complaints.<\/p>\n

Reportedly, the civic authority has also improved the functionality of its One Window Operations (OWO) Directorate, which was established to address land-related disputes. The directorate now has an \u2018urgent cases\u2019 facility, a senior citizens counter and standard operating procedures in place to ensure that cases are dealt with in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
