Islamabad: The Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHAF) has quickened the pace of development work in the Kurri Road housing project.<\/p>\n

A PHAF official told reporters that construction work has commenced at the site, with ground-leveling of plots and the construction of roads, an overhead steel tank and a boundary wall already underway.<\/p>\n

The project was reportedly delayed because of an inquiry conducted by the National Accountability Bureau and its ensuing legal proceedings. According to the official, the issues have now been resolved<\/p>\n

The housing scheme was launched in 2012 to house federal government employees of BPS 20, 21, and 22.<\/p>\n
