And here comes yet another blow to the sentiments of investors! Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore, a locality where property prices have been marching downwards in Q3, 2015, is likely to see further dips in the time to come.<\/p>\n

This is because DHA Lahore has rescheduled transfer fees, which means that investors will have to shoulder an additional burden of charges and watch their profit margins shrink. By increasing taxes and imposing the uncalled-for withholding tax on banking transactions, the government already played havoc for the property sector. Now, the increase in transfer fees in DHA Lahore is bound to shake investor trust in the area even more.<\/p>\n
