Karachi: DHA Administrator Brig Zubair Ahmed ceremoniously inaugurated a new cash counter at the DHA Head Office on October 29.<\/p>\n
The new arrangement of eight counters is now a venue for the collection of DHA dues, transfer fees, DCK plot instalments, receipts and for customer relationship management. Information and updates about property can also be obtained here.<\/p>\n
For the convenience of customers, the cash counter has been placed in a spacious, centrally air-conditioned building with ample seating arrangements, a computerised database, and an electronic queue management system. Furthermore, property records in DHA have been computerised, significantly shortening the time needed for processing.<\/p>\n
The inauguration ceremony was attended by DHA officials, representatives of DHA resident assocations, and other people from Defence and Clifton areas.<\/p>\n
