If you have registration forms with you, they will be adjusted against the down payment, according to the given plan.<\/p>\n<p>And here\u2019s a kicker \u2013 according to my sources, balloting will be held in a few months. This makes me believe that booking a confirmed plot right now can turn out to be a good investment. Fingers crossed!<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore,development work is being carried out at a good pace. An official of the society told Zameen.com that construction of the main gate, boundary wall, parks and mini zoo is currently in progress. Looks like this project will take its shape sooner rather than later.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration forms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Registration forms were issued a few months ago at a flat rate of PKR 25,000 for all categories of plots. People rushed to Fazaia\u2019s offices to get their hands on these forms, which were traded with great fervour in the market later on.<\/p>\n<p>However, although the forms are still being traded, the activity has diminished. What\u2019 the reason behind this? Well, the forms\u2019 value has plummeted, and this fact has most likely shifted investor interest. According to a source, the current value of a registration form is PKR 11,500 (it was even less a few days ago).<\/p>\n<p>And that\u2019s it about Fazaia Housing Scheme Sargodha for now.
