Islamabad: Top-City 1, a housing society in the federal capital, announced that plot allotment for members who have not cleared their development charges will be canceled if they do not pay the outstanding dues by November 15.<\/p>\n

Reportedly, the management sent out a number of notices and reminders to those who failed to pay on time.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe original deadline for payment of dues was August 30 but we extended it to November 15. This is the last extension we are granting,\u201d said Adeel Akram, a sales executive at Top-City 1.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter this date, plot allotment will be canceled and the defaulters will be included in the re-balloting for the next phase. In other words, their plot allotment will be moved to an undeveloped area,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
