The Defence Housing Authority (DHA), one of Pakistan\u2019s most popular societies, is expanding its horizons and establishing a presence in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa markets. As Peshawar currently has little exposure to posh residential communities, people here are surely excited about welcoming DHA Peshawar into their midst.<\/p>\n

During the period leading up to the official launch, plot files were given to landowners whose land had been acquired by the developer. Some of them sold 1-kanal plot files for as high as PKR 6,000,000. This is why we previously suggested that investors wait for the official launch to acquire plots for reasonable and appropriate rates.<\/p>\n

Well, that time has come! Let\u2019s take a look at what DHA Peshawar has to offer.<\/p>\n

When it comes to DHA projects, the developer\u2019s reputation precedes it. There is little doubt that DHA Peshawar will be any different from DHA societies in large cities such as Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi in terms of quality and infrastructure. Located near the Ring Road, in the vicinity of the Northern Bypass, the society is being launched on land that has already been acquired. The society will boast a modern infrastructure and roads adhering to international standard will pave the ways. Additional features include a triple-layered security system, a grid station, a sewage and sanitation system, and education and health institutions.<\/p>\n

Currently, DHA Peshawar is offering 1-kanal and 10-marla residential plots to investors. Other variations in plot sizes and types will be added later on. Overseas investors are also welcome to invest and can apply through Askari Bank Ltd, Allied Bank Ltd, The Bank of Khyber, Bank Alfalah Ltd, Habib Bank Ltd, MCB Ltd, United Bank Ltd, and Dubai Islamic Bank Ltd.<\/p>\n

Booking process and payment plan<\/strong><\/p>\n

Booking is currently underway and will last until December 5, 2015. The payment plan is divided into 12 equal quarterly instalments. A 9% discount is offered for lump sum payment for 1-kanal plots. Booking forms can be collected from the banks mentioned above and need to be submitted by the deadline.<\/p>\n
