Booking commenced on November 24 and is currently proceeding at a good pace with investors showing healthy interest. However, as there is no deadline for booking and it ensues on a first-come, first-served basis, it is advised that interested investors make their move soon before all units are gone.<\/p>\n

Development is due to begin shortly and the developer plans to provide possession within a period of two years.<\/p>\n

Payment plan & prices<\/strong><\/p>\n

The payment plan is spread over 2 years and allows investors to purchase property on easy instalments. Buyers are required to pay 15% down payment and 11% quarterly instalments.<\/p>\n

Shops range from 300 ft2 <\/sup>to 370 ft2 <\/sup>and cost approximately PKR 15,000 per ft2<\/sup>.Thus, shop prices begin from PKR 4,800,000.<\/p>\n

Offices range from 615 ft2 <\/sup>to 775 ft2 <\/sup>and their price depends on the floor they are located on. Office spaces begin from PKR 6,000 per ft2<\/sup> and have a minimum total price of PKR 3,700,000.<\/p>\n

Future prospects<\/strong><\/p>\n

As Dream Gardens Multan is a promising project for a city that is a business gateway of central Punjab, Grand Commercial is likely to be the bling with the bang.
