The LDA has approved a policy of commercialisation of land\/properties as a compensation for the land acquisition.<\/p>\n<p>The authority plans to complete missing road links under the Structure Plan Roads project. Landowners who surrender their property to the LDA will have land of the same size commercialised in that very vicinity. But there is a catch here: the authority will charge a commercialisation fee.<\/p>\n<p>Landowners who wish to surrender their land and avail the offer have to submit an application to LDA\u2019s director commercialisation before January 31, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>In a public notice titled \u2018Unique Opportunity\u2019, the LDA gave the following <em>Khasra<\/em> numbers of land required for the development of roads:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Structure Plan Road # 1: <\/strong>The road will be built from Valencia Housing Scheme to Defence Road.
