Located on Super Highway, Bahria Town Karachi (BTK) is truly a city within a city. The project has undeniably made a mark on Karachi\u2019s landscape with its state-of-the-art infrastructure, but at the same time it has also been plagued by various controversies.<\/p>\n

Having that said, I would like to tell you that BTK has sent notices to members who have not settled their accounts yet. In other words, the developer has warned defaulters to pay the overdue instalments to avoid the ultimate regrettable result: cancellation of allotment.<\/p>\n

Bahria Town\u2019s administration recently checked records of its members and subsequently started to send notices to defaulters. The notification bluntly warns defaulters of cancellation of allotment if they fail to clear their accounts by December 15, 2015.<\/p>\n

BTK will refund the amount paid by defaulters after a 25% deduction has been made, a Bahria Town official told Zameen.com.<\/p>\n

Asked whether Bahria Town will give an option to reclaim the allotment, the official said that members would be duly informed if such a policy was made.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile seven instalments are already due, members have to pay at least six instalments to avoid cancellation,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

What should members do?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Well, they must pay up to avoid any undesirable circumstances. Members can either pay through a pay order\/demand draft made from bank in the name of Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd or submit the amount to one the following accounts before the cutoff date:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
