Lahore: Vesta Group, a European real estate developer, has acquired Urban Developers Associates, the name behind Grand Avenues, a housing society located on Ferozepur Road.<\/p>\n
According to a public notice, Vesta Group will now be responsible for all developmental work in the housing scheme, including the construction of roads, parks, masaajid<\/em>, and 5- & 10-marla homes.<\/p>\n Junaid Ali of Vesta Group told Zameen.com that developmental work is continuing at a rapid pace. The main boulevard and several roads have already been developed and development will be complete within a year. Possession will be granted to investors soon afterwards.<\/p>\n According to Ali, Grand Avenues will benefit from this merger because development work adhering to international standards will be conducted.<\/p>\n Membership booking in Grand Avenues for 5-marla, 10-marla and 1-kanal plots is currently in progress and booking is available for PKR 200,000 as down payment. The remaining balance can be paid over a 2-year instalment plan.
