A:<\/b> Zameen does NOT sell or buy any property. All we sell is ad space.<\/p>\n

Q:<\/b> Do you charge any commission on properties sold via your website?<\/p>\n

A:<\/b> No. We only have nominal charges for the ad space and do not become a party to the sale, purchase process in any way.<\/p>\n

Q:<\/b> Who uses your services?<\/p>\n

A:<\/b> Our primary clients are estate agents, developers and builders. Other than that people interested in buying, selling, renting or letting properties in Pakistan use our website. Occasionally, people looking for Atif Aslam or Ali Zafar\u2019s house also end up on our website.<\/p>\n

Q:<\/b> OmG, you know where Ali Zafar lives?<\/p>\n

A:<\/b> No, we don\u2019t. Even if we did, we would not tell you.<\/p>\n

Q:<\/b> As an agent, why should I advertise on your website instead of the newspaper?<\/p>\n

A:<\/b> Advertisement in Zameen is very economical. The per day cost of a single ad in a newspaper is around Rs 500 but on Zameen, the per day, per listing cost is only Rs 2.13. So not only is Zameen very cost effective but it also offers excellent exposure since its monthly traffic is over 400,000 per month.<\/p>\n

A:<\/b> Not only is Zameen.com very reliable but it is also the biggest and most popular real estate portal of Pakistan.<\/p>\n

A:<\/b> Zameen has its own blog, a very active news section and a community forum where experts attend to various queries of our users and offer advice. Other than that Zameen periodically releases its price data and market reports to guide and help people make the best buying and selling decisions. So we do offer a lot of guidance and help in general.<\/p>\n
