Huge expenses were made on civic body\u2019s advertisement campaign. Nevertheless, the authority received minor response from the general public.<\/p>\n<p>Catering to this, CDA has extended the date for accepting applications from 01 October to 04 October. However, extension is unlikely to make significant difference.
