Once the work is done, New City Arcade will consist of a basement for parking with valet service, three floors for commercial options, and nine floors for apartments. It will be centrally air-conditioned and feature eight high-speed elevators and escalators. Not only that, the building will also provide WiFi access and electricity backup.<\/p>\n

And it doesn\u2019t end here. There will be a rooftop restaurant, a health club, a bowling alley, a spa, a food court, and a stupendous shopping mall. The developer will also install a state-of-the-art surveillance system to ensure proper security of residents and visitors.<\/p>\n

Residential options and price<\/strong><\/p>\n

New City Arcade features 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments and has two floorplans available for each category. These serviced apartments are spacious and available at a reasonable price.<\/p>\n
