Population of Lahore is increasing rapidly and the poor planning of governmental organizations has increased crime rate in the city. The population of the city is likely to increase to more than 2 crores in a period of 25 years, which in itself is a threat for the city.<\/p>\n<p>The worst situation is that the intelligence agencies, police, towns and union councils do not have the proper records of tenants.
