Lahore: Jashan-e-Baharan 2016, a festival to celebrate the arrival of the spring season, is underway at full swing in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore, according to a press release issued by the authority.<\/p>\n
The festival includes a garden and flower competition for which registrations are open until March 17, as per DHA\u2019s official Facebook page. Besides this contest, the festival also features cultural and traditional events such as horse dancing, a military band performance, puppet show, magic show, face painting, and other entertaining activities for all age groups.<\/p>\n
The final celebrations will be held at the H Block Park in Phase VI.<\/p>\n
