Owing to the injunction on property transfers, ownership of Bilawal House could not be transferred to the Zardari family. Due to the construction of house without approval of map, the Town Municipal Authority approved the house plan after fining Rs.50,000 to the Zaradri family. <\/p>\n

Bilawal\u2019s house plan was approved on Fard due to the injunction on transfer of agricultural land. This house plan was approved by the recommendation of a committee comprised on TMO, TOP&C and TO Finance. Included in the house plan were the construction of basement, ground floor and first floor. <\/p>\n

Bilawal House was fined on 18th August 2012 due to the late submission of house plan to the related authorities. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
