Ah, what a day it has been!<\/p>\n

We really should be tired, considering the massive footfall we saw today, but we\u2019re\u00a0still surprisingly refreshed. This is because the response has been truly overwhelming. So, thank you visitors, exhibitors, and everyone else who has supported this affair! Team Zameen worked tirelessly for days and days to put this together, and the response has made it all worth it.<\/p>\n

As we always keep you updated on all things real estate, why should this be any different? Here are the highlights from Day 1. Enjoy!<\/p>\n

Snapshot of the event<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because of the lovely weather and the\u00a0beautiful venue, the day\u00a0began on a high note.<\/p>\n

Our esteemed chief guest Senator Chaudhry Tanvir Khan, flanked by members of his delegation, cut the ribbon and officially opened the event. Zameen.com CEO Zeeshan Ali Khan\u00a0presented him with a commemorative shield and then they took a round of the floor.<\/p>\n

After that, visitors and exhibitors interacted throughout the day, formed meaningful connections and exchanged invaluable information.<\/p>\n

An\u00a0entertaining DJ and awesome\u00a0foot vendors, including KFC, Lahori Chatkhara, Faaz Palace, Frosty Terrace, and Marhaba Foods, kept spirits high throughout the day. Truly, there was never a dull moment.<\/p>\n

The stall of Earthlink Real Estate, our partner for this event, remained flooded at all hours. People flocked to it\u00a0throughout the day and took home invaluable information.<\/p>\n

In the evening, just a few hours before the first day came to a close, our second chief guest,\u00a0the honourable Minister of State for Capital Administration and Development Division Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, graced us with his presence.<\/p>\n

He, too, was\u00a0impressed with the #ZameenXpo and wished Team Zameen the very best of luck!<\/p>\n

What did our\u00a0exhibitors think?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We were just halfway through the day when we got a chance to speak to Sky Marketing CEO Usman Alam and his optimism was contagious.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know I will close deals today. I just know it,\u201d he said confidently. Wow!<\/p>\n

Similarly, Ghulam Dastaghir of Subhan Associates was also very positive.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have a lot of clients in Islamabad but I live in Lahore. This event has given me a chance to finally meet them,\u201d said Dastaghir.<\/p>\n

Investco Marketing Sales Executive Saad Zulfiqar hit the nail on the head.<\/p>\n

Throngs of visitors shuffled in and out of the Pak-China Expo Centre throughout the day. We enjoyed meeting each and every one of you and hope you took away great information. Our aim, as always, is to take care of all your real estate-related concerns.<\/p>\n

Among some memorable visitors that we were lucky enough to meet was Faisal Javed who traveled all the way from Gwadar to attend this event with his wife.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am from Gwadar and I am planning to launch a project there. This Expo is a brilliant place for preliminary research,\u201d he said. \u201cThank you Zameen.com!\u201d<\/p>\n

As you know, our expos are always family events, so there was something for everyone today! \u201cThe Expo is awesome so far and we\u2019re getting a ton of information!\u201d said Mahwish, a homemaker. Mrs Rizwan, a lawyer, and Bushra Ameen, also a homemaker, agreed with this sentiment.<\/p>\n

\"Bushra\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cUsually, property expos are boring, but this one is not,\u201d said Bushra, posing with her husband and child. \u201cOur entire family is having a good time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Commander Ikram, who was there with his entire family, was all smiles as well. \u201cIt\u2019s a wonderful event to gather basic information,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Dr Sajjad, too, was happy. At the event with his adorable son, he certainly had a great time. According to him, the entire affair exceeded his expectations.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a fabulous event. We just got here and we\u2019re looking to buy a great plot. We think we will definitely find something,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
