The Supreme Court has asked the FIA to submit the estimate of the total property bought by the EOBI. The court on the behalf of housing companies was told that FIA is now harassing them and treating them unjustly, on the pretext of taking legal action. They said that they had paid more than 80% of the amount due to be paid but still there is no sign of releasing of the owned property. The housing companies said that they will not pay any more money until the property is returned.<\/p>\n
The Justice Aijaz Chowdary said that action will be taken against whosoever will not pay the money. The Lawyer appointed by DHA stated that how can legal action be taken, when they were paying money yet not receiving info on the return of the property. The lawyers of many companies informed the court that many people were arrested or FIR has been filed against them. The court said that they should contact immediately to appointed forum for bail.
