The provincial assembly accepts the scam worth of billions done by DHA Lahore. The speaker in the Punjab Assembly announced to refer the case to the anti-corruption department for thorough inquiry and legal action. The Punjab government has admitted this scam after the issue was highlighted by the legislator of the treasury bench. Mr Sheikh Alludin passed it through an adjournment motion a week ago. Mr Rana Sanaullah, the Law minister in reply to this motion admitted government\u2019s irregularities in this matter. <\/p>\n
He said that it was confirmed by the concerned authorities of the department, that some irregularities had been done in transfer of 350 Kanal piece of land owned by the Evacuee Trust Property Board. Mr Sanaullah said that an inquiry should be held by the revenue department because of the irregularities that have been disclosed.
