Rawalpindi: Forty commercial plazas and markets in Saddar, Naseerabad and Peshawar Road were sealed by the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) tax recovery team on May 3 because of nonpayment of property tax for the past 4 years, per a news source.<\/p>\n
