The Interrogation into the EOBI scandal which has become a national issue, shocks the masses with its findings, as CDA itself is came up as a primary suspect in corruption. A letter named to the Chief Justice Iftikhar Chowdry, written by supreme courts senior lawyer Zulfiqar Khalid Malooka revealed that the land sold to EOBI was given by the CDA. A piece of land spread on 1937 Kanal was transferred to DHA by the CDA on 22nd June. DHA promised CDA 482 plots of 1 Kanal area which haven\u2019t been given up till now. <\/p>\n
The letter further stated that this agreement between CDA and DHA was completely illegal and was a gross violation of the Master plan. The copy of this agreement was asked to be submitted by the chief justice and the three person judicial bench.
