With respect to the announcement the nation is henceforth warned to be wary of any such housing advertisements, which are not listed in the LDA controlled area, appearing on either Print or Electronic media. As they have already been termed illegal, LDA therefor will not be responsible for any loss in money which may occur due to involvement in such housing schemes. <\/p>\n
The fraudulent schemes include popular names like Aziz Colony, Vital Homes Malik Park, Mustafa Town, Nasir Colony, Hajveri Gardens, Rehman Park Housing Scheme and Fatima Houses for schemes within an area of 40 kanals and Grand Avenue, Iqbal Park, Hafiz Town, Bilal Town, Sadaat Colony, Yousaf Town, Lalazar Garden, Jameel Park, Ali Homes, Green Park, Faisal Town Ph-II and Walk Land Villas for schemes comprising of an area between 40-100 kanals. <\/p>\n
Schemes facilitating an area greater than 100 kanals include Indus Estate, Amna Park, Audit & Accounts Ph-II, Mian Qasim Estate, Tayyab Town, Rana Town, Lahore Gardens, LDA Employees Housing Society Phase I & II and Green Cap Housing Scheme.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
