Due to the much mismanagement as per property regulations, the Punjab Assembly will be reviewing a proposition for establishing a building regularity authority. Different organizations will be given the responsibility to establish the Building regularity authority. The provincial government of Punjab has issued the clearance for initiating work on the twice revised proposition for establishment of Building Authority. <\/p>\n
According to the proposed document, re-sent for approval in Punjab Assembly, all the building control will be given to this authority and different departments will be created to regulate new residential schemes, master plans and construction blue prints.
