Islamabad: CDA warns prospective buyers about purchasing property in Jinnah Garden Phase I claiming that the society has not obtained an NOC, states a public notice.<\/p>\n

According to details, CDA approved the layout plan for Jinnah Garden Phase I \u2013 a project sponsored by Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Society – but the society has not obtained its NOC from the administrative body. Therefore, CDA has declared the buying and selling of property in this project illegal.<\/p>\n

The notice also reads that the project management is asked to not carry out the development work in this society and if they do not comply action shall be taken against the management under Clause 5 of ICT (Zoning) Regulations 1992.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
