Amid all this, some people are still purchasing DHA City Lahore files, hoping that the prices of these files will surge as soon as the doors to file transfers open, but the Defence Housing Authority has nothing to do with the current trade activity.<\/p>\n
Sale agreements are signed between the two parties (buyer and seller) and a down payment is made by the buyer, with a promise of clearing the accounts at the time of transfer.<\/p>\n
Currently, the asking price of a 5-marla file is PKR 1,100,000. The same file had a value of PKR 1,300,000 before transfers stopped.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, asking prices of 10-marla and 1-kanal files are PKR 2,200,000 and PKR 3,200,000 respectively.<\/p>\n
Though this is a risky investment with no apparent timeframe, I believe the prices of these files will double as soon as transfers open because the sale-purchase activity will witness sudden escalation.<\/p>\n
Those who already have DHA City Lahore files in possession should not sell them unless they really need cash.<\/p>\n
Considering the fact that DHA is behind this project, investors shouldn\u2019t lose hope and wait a little more until the dust settles. I would not recommend you buy or sell DHA City Lahore files under these circumstances to avoid any untoward situation.<\/p>\n
