Samhan Group officially launched Samhan Housing on 19th November 2016. In this regard, an event was held at Royal Palm in Lahore, which was attended by more than 2,000 people from all walks of life. The group plans to launch housing projects in Lahore, Islamabad and Attock. According to Samhan Group Marketing Manager Sheraz Khan, the Attock project will be launched in January 2017. Currently, the forms for Samhan Housing are being circulated in the market.<\/p>\n
Salient features of Samhan Housing forms<\/strong><\/p>\n As the group plans to launch its projects in multiple cities, the same form will be used for all of its projects. These forms will even be adjustable in other upcoming projects and the face value of each form is PKR 15,000.<\/p>\n The booking of plots will be done via a computerized ballot and only the holders of forms will be able to book properties. Please note that one registration form will be required to book one property. However, for multiple bookings, you will be required to buy and submit multiple forms. Per the company\u2019s policy, forms of successful applicants will be adjusted for PKR 100,000 in the property\u2019s payment plan. In case an applicant opts for refund, they will get PKR 15,000.<\/p>\n Security and verification of forms<\/strong><\/p>\n Each form has a PKR 20 currency note attached to it. The last digits of the currency note\u2019s serial number match the last digits of the form\u2019s serial number. Samhan Group has taken good care to curb the circulation of fake forms and encourages buyers to get their forms verified through an SMS or the company\u2019s website. So, it would be best that every buyer verifies the serial number of the form before buying it.<\/p>\n Make sure the currency note attached to the form is genuine. In this regard, you can visit the official website of the State Bank of Pakistan to confirm the authenticity of the note.
