The notice issued by GDA\u2019s Town Planning director addressed all builders and developers of commercial, industrial and residential projects in Gwadar.<\/p>\n<p>According to details, all builders are now required to get approval before increasing any prices from the GDA. The rise in rates and the payment plan will be approved by the GDA only if the price rise is backed with solid justifications.<\/p>\n<p>This action has been taken on public demand.
