\nThe total cost of project is estimated around Rs 1,530 million and the builder will be hired through tender floating in the print media. Several parties have already booked shops and showrooms so the token money is collected from the interested parties.\n<\/p>\n
\nIt can be bad news for Pakistani films lovers as another Pakistani cinema will be converted into a multi-purpose plaza to generate revenue. However, it is worth mentioning here that the Odean Cinema was closed down about 10 years ago due to Pakistan film industry slump.\n<\/p>\n
