Great weather coupled with an even greater crowd was the order of the day at #ZameenXpo. And I am your friend reporting, once again, right from the Pak-China Friendship Centre.<\/p>\n
Today, I spoke to different people to find out what their favourite thing at the Zameen.com Property Expo 2017 (Islamabad) was, and received interesting and exciting reviews in return.<\/p>\n
1.<\/strong><\/p>\n I met Mohammad Omer, who came with his family to find information on the current market value of his plots in Islamabad. \u201cThe best part of the event is that it gives people an extensive insight into the current trends of the property market. After coming here, I have realised that property prices are increasing continuously. My family is also excited to be a part of the show,\u201d said Omer.<\/p>\n 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n Asad Abbas was one of our exhibitors at the event. His feedback about the visitor response was wonderful.<\/p>\n \u201cThis event has allowed me to meet a number of clients in just one day. I otherwise get to meet such high numbers in a month. I deal in Gulberg Greens and mostly genuine buyers visited my stall. Such events must be held from time to time,\u201d said Abbas.<\/p>\n Dear Abbas, we definitely don\u2019t plan to stop here, and we are already planning to organise more expos in the future.<\/p>\n 3.<\/strong><\/p>\n Syed Khizer Hayat was among those that won prizes by spinning the Wheel of Fortune.<\/p>\n \u201cAlthough I came here to figure out investment opportunities in Islamabad, I have won a wall clock and a mug by spinning the Wheel of Fortune,\u201d he said while talking about his wins.<\/p>\n \u201cThis event has created awareness about the property market and has introduced projects from other cities to investors in Islamabad,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n 4.<\/strong><\/p>\n Professor Abid Munir attended the event to find architectural services that he could use to build his home. He said: \u201cThe event provides a proper environment where one can meet experts. By visiting such events and meeting property experts, investors can take informed decisions.\u201d<\/p>\n 5.<\/strong><\/p>\n Many people suggested that property events like\u00a0ours be held from time to time to create market awareness and Ejaz Ali was one of them. Asked about the best part of the event, Ali said: \u201cIt saves time, as you can meet different people in one go. Otherwise, reaching out to property agents and visiting them individually takes a great deal of time.\u201d<\/p>\n Ali was with his kids and was slightly irritated because of them. He said he would come back again after leaving his kids at home.<\/p>\n 6.<\/strong><\/p>\n A huge number of investment options were available at our property show, but Pervaiz Sheikh came here looking for investment options only in DHA Islamabad and Bahria Town. According to him the best part of the event was the way we gathered developers, real estate agents and home solution providers under one roof.<\/p>\n 7.<\/strong><\/p>\n Babar Bhatti attended the Expo with his family and is a realtor himself. While enjoying his meal in the food court, Bhatti said: \u201cI will also book a stall at your next event. I attend every property affair you hold in Islamabad and you people know the drill when it comes to putting on well-organised events.\u201d<\/p>\n 8.<\/strong><\/p>\n Mohammad Noman was one of our food vendors at the Expo.<\/p>\n \u201cThe response at the event is too good. This is not just a real estate event, but is also a platform offering business opportunities to others, including food vendors,\u201d said Noman.<\/p>\n I also bought food from Noman and he offered me discount.<\/p>\n 9.<\/strong><\/p>\n Mr & Mrs Asim Nawaz were among those that enjoyed posing in our home-shaped photo frame. \u201cThe event has provided us an opportunity to compare different projects and their prices. I was looking for an apartment and I have decided to buy one in Cloud Emporium.\u201d<\/p>\n That\u2019s all I have to share about Day 2 of the Expo.
