The new rule applies to approval of maps for commercial, residential and industrial property as well as that for petrol pumps, farmhouses and towers.<\/p>\n<p>With this, tax on petrol pumps\u2019 map now reaches PKR 50,000 and that on towers will now be PKR 25,000. The cost of getting an NOC for approval of maps for residential, commercial and industrial properties will now be PKR 2,000, PKR 5,000 and PKR 3,000 respectively.
