Islamabad: Pakistan Federal Minister for Law and Justice Zahid Hamid says PKR 15.46 billion has been recovered from Globaco CEO Hammad Arshad, according to a news source. He was briefing the Senate on the DHA City scandal.<\/p>\n

According to details, Hamid told the Senate that a layout plan and related NOCs for DHA City were never properly sorted out for the project, and that\u2019s despite the fact that it was launched back in 2010. He further said that Hammad Arshad \u2013 the main culprit in the DHA-City case \u2013 has been arrested along with Murad Arshad and Khalid Nazeer.
